Compilation CD
Thanks for your interest in appearing on the CD compilation and in the event program! You should find all the information you seek within this page but if not please feel free to email us with any questions.
Track Length:
We generally like to cap each track at around 6:30 minutes. Anything that exceeds that we will handle as a one on one basis (pricing wise).
Quality:
Quality counts! Remember, you are representing your band on this CD, so you want it to sound good. We don't mind demo tracks, as long as the sound quality is very good.
Promotional use only:
This CD is not for sale at the event! It is handed out FREE to all attendees at the door. With that said, there are no royalties paid out for this, it's a promotional opportunity for your band to reach a very targeted audience.
Pricing:
The cost to have a track on the CD compilation is $250. With the response that we had the last few years this will once again be a 2-3 CD compilation. If you would like copies of the compilation sent to you (4-5 copies) because you will not be able to attend the show, please add $11 to the total price (USA/Canada only). Shipping outside of the US/Canada please add $20.
Submission process :
Please email us an MP3 of your track, a link to your track or a link to your MySpace account so we can listen to the track prior to you mailing the CD/payment to us. Once you have received your final total and approval from us, please send us your CD/payment to the address below.

If you are sending a full length CD, please let us know which track number/name you are submitting for the CD.
Please note, we do not usually accept Paypal payments for this. If this is your only option for method of payment, please contact us and we can discuss.

Event Program
If you would like to appear in the ProgPower USA Event Program, here are the following guidelines/pricing.
Design:
You may provide your ad in one of the following formats: TIF (layers flattened), JPG, PSD (layers flattened). All files must be 300 dpi and grayscale. Here are the ad sizes:
1/4 Page Ad - 4.25" wide x 5.4" high (add .125" bleed on all sides)
1/2 page Ad - 8.5" wide x 5.4" high (add .125" bleed on all sides)
Full page Ad - 8.5" wide x 10.81" high (add .125" bleed on all sides)
